CAFETERIA

The CESAT cafeteria has been designed by dietitians and heat experts to assure a complete hygienic food arrangement. The cafeteria contains modern equipment like Cambro polycarbonate crockery, Foster cold kitchen equipment like roll-in blast chillers, reach-in refrigerators, air-curtain refrigerators, reach-in even thaw refrigerators, Scotsman ice machines, roll -in trolleys and Hobart kitchen equipment including automatic rack conveyor dish washers, food waste disposers, convection ovens, rotary ovens, heavy -duty electric ranges, electric fryers and over-fired boilers. The cafeteria has the capacity to serve 1500 meals in one hour.
